Using ZenGlass
These terms govern your use of ZenGlass, an early-access project workspace operated by Human Machine Design, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions? Contact hello@zenglass.ai.
Your account
Sign in using your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without your permission.
Your work stays yours
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service and to carry out your requests, including requests you send to connected AI tools. Only add content you have the right to use.
Keep separate copies of important files. Storage and upload limits are shown on the plans page. ZenGlass’s name, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Use the space with care
Do not use ZenGlass for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware, or unauthorized access to accounts or data. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security or usage limits. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
AI and early access
Connected AI can make mistakes and can change your workspace in response to your requests. Review its results and keep backups before asking it to change or remove important work. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.
Features may change and interruptions may occur. Image, video, music, document, and 3D generation are part of our product vision and are not all available today. Planned features are not a commitment to a delivery date.
Plans and payments
The free plan is available during this stage. Paid checkout is currently disabled, so this version does not accept new subscription payments. Before paid subscriptions open, the checkout will show the price, billing interval, and applicable cancellation terms. AI usage, when offered, will be separate from storage subscriptions.
Availability and your rights
The early-access service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Leaving, privacy, and updates
You can stop using ZenGlass at any time. Contact us to request account deletion. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and deletion requests.
We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will update the date above and communicate material changes through the app or your account contact details. If you do not accept updated terms, you can stop using the service.
