Can I buy AI credits on the Free plan?
Yes. When credit purchases launch, Free and Plus accounts will both be able to buy credits. You will not need a Plus subscription to use paid AI generation. Credit purchases are still in development.
What is the difference between storage and AI credits?
Your storage plan determines how much content you can keep in ZenGlass: 1 GB on Free or 50 GB on Plus. AI credits will pay for generation separately. Buying credits will not upgrade your storage allowance, and a storage subscription will not include AI credits.
What will I be able to create with credits?
The planned creative tools cover images, music, videos, 3D assets, documents, presentations, animations, games, and apps. These are the product roadmap, not a list of tools available today. We will identify which tools are available as they launch.
How much will credits cost?
Credit packs and generation costs have not been finalized. We will show pack prices and the applicable usage costs before purchases and paid generation become available. No credit purchase is available on this page yet.
What does the Free plan include?
Free includes 1 GB of storage, a private board, project descriptions, asset galleries, and support for uploaded images, video, audio, and documents. Optional credit purchases will be available without upgrading to Plus when credits launch.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
ZenGlass warns you at 80% usage. When you reach the limit, existing files remain available to view and download, but you need to free up space or upgrade to an available larger plan before uploading more. There are no automatic storage overage charges.
How large can each upload be?
The current limit is 20 MB per file on either storage plan. Storage usage counts original files once, even when you use them in more than one place in your workspace.
Can I subscribe to Plus today?
Not yet. Plus is planned at $8 USD per month for 50 GB of storage, but subscription checkout is currently disabled. You can start with the Free plan while paid subscriptions are being connected.
