What you share
Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture. We use these to identify your account and keep your workspace separate from other accounts. ZenGlass does not request access to your Gmail inbox, Google Drive, or Google contacts.
We store the stacks, project titles, descriptions, project messages, tasks, and files you choose to save. Hosting and authentication services also process connection information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to operate and protect the service.
AI conversations
When AI chat is connected and you send a message, recent conversation messages are sent through OpenRouter to the model provider to produce a reply. Board titles and stack names returned by requested tools may also be included so the assistant can organize your workspace.
AI chat history is held in the current browser session rather than saved as a chat archive by ZenGlass. Changes the assistant makes to your board are saved. Providers may process or retain requests under their own policies; do not include sensitive information you do not want them to receive. See OpenRouter’s privacy policy.
The services behind your space
Google provides sign-in, Supabase handles authentication, and Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, database, and file storage. OpenRouter and its model providers process AI requests when that feature is connected. These providers receive information needed to perform their functions.
Stripe is connected for billing, but paid checkout is currently disabled. If paid plans are enabled, Stripe will process payment details; ZenGlass will use customer and subscription identifiers to manage your plan. Card details are handled by Stripe.
We do not sell your personal information or use your Google account data for advertising. Your workspace is private to your account in this version. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and contacting us
Session cookies keep you signed in. The current app does not include advertising trackers. Signing out ends your app session.
The contact form prepares a draft in your own email app. ZenGlass does not receive that draft through a form server. If you send it, we use your email address and message to respond and handle your request.
Keeping and removing information
Saved content stays associated with your account so you can return to it. You can remove content in the app. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and associated content. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting.
Backups, security logs, and records needed to meet legal obligations may remain after deletion. Provider retention practices also apply to information processed by those services. Your privacy rights may vary depending on where you live.
When things change
We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the contact details associated with your account.
